Rose Brower

Rose opened her office with Management Recruiters International in 2007.

Prior to becoming a Management Recruiters International franchise owner, she worked for a highly ranked university in engineering and information technology and with a global leader in the telecommunications industry, in areas including engineering, outside plant, repair and distribution, and strategic planning. Rose directed complex projects, organizational consolidations and transitions, and honed and executed strategic objectives to optimize performance and bottom-line results.

She was appointed by the governor and served as chair on the Missouri Health Care Facilities Review Commission and is an alumna of Greater Missouri Leadership.

Clara Lohrman

Clara started her career in recruiting in 2007, and has placed top quality graphic designers, technical designers at all levels, and designers for various categories. She knows how the industry works as well as her clients' and candidates' needs.

Prior to joining Gateway Recruiting Solutions, Clara held positions in customer service and office management. Her skills include listening; knowing how to ask the right questions, problem solving and providing solutions based on the customers' unique goals and needs. She knows how to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
